This project involved a complete redesign of the annual yearbook for the Waldorfschule Graz. After more than a decade with the same layout—and a change in the internal design team—it was time for complete redesign of the annual yearbook for the Waldorfschule Graz that aligned with contemporary design standards.
One of the key challenges was organizing the extensive content—especially the large number of images—clearly and cohesively within a limited number of pages. To create a fresh, contemporary look while preserving the school’s visual identity, I thoughtfully reworked existing design elements. The class-specific colors and the school’s distinctive prism—used both as a whole and in abstracted parts—became recurring visual elements that gave the yearbook a consistent and recognizable structure.
This project was a great opportunity to demonstrate my attention to detail and my ability to develop a thoughtful, functional design system. I focused on striking a balance between aesthetic quality and practical implementation.
