About Me

Hi, I'm Nina!

As a student of Graphic and Communications Design, I am passionate about visual storytelling and conceptual thinking. But my creative journey doesn't stop there; it's an ever-evolving adventure.

For over 15 years, I've been tinkering with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, discovering endless possibilities. What started as a hobby quickly became a lifelong pursuit.
During the lockdown, I dabbled in web development and coding, and to my surprise, I fell in love with this new dimension of creativity.

Beyond the digital realm, I find joy in the simplicity of nalogue craftsmanship. From capturing moments with a film camera to losing myself in the meditative process of lino printmaking, these art forms keep me grounded and connected to the traditional wonders of creativity.

My professional life is just as diverse as my creative pursuits. As a freelancer, I collaborate with clients, breathing life into their visions - may it be for web or print.

Additionally, I’m lucky enough to have found a work environment where I can already incorporate my creative ideas - so besides selling sweets at Candyman I took over the responsibility for everything related to Marketing and Visual Design for the company that was supposed to be a side job.
And I love it.

Believe it or not, my creative journey began in a different realm — I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, where I honed empathy, compassion, and understanding. I even spent time as a clown, bringing joy and laughter to people's lives in a wholly different way.
These experiences have shaped me into a multifaceted individual with a unique perspective on art and the human experience.

Let's embark on this creative journey together, where the only limits are those we set upon our imagination.
Let's create something extraordinary together!

This site is my Playground.
While I want to show my work, I also use it to learn more about Webdevelopment.
Every piece of Code is handwritten, no CMS, no frameworks.
Cause pure code is beautiful.
